Your very first ad for the pans states a 1-2 week delivery time. This is OBVIOUSLY the first batch(since they had to make changes) so your and Moroso's time frames are way off

Hey Kyle,

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. Moroso is just finishing up these pans. They expressed to me they had a significant order for 150+ oil pans they had to close out before ours were being fabbed and finalized. I am expected to receive these in the next few days. Please tell your customer I apologize for the wait. If you have any other questions or concerns please let me know.

Hello Kyle,

There was a last minute alteration done to the pan that Moroso made a requirement to be done. They’ve since shipped everything out. Here is proof of the pans done and shipped. I am supposed to have these in a day or so from what they’ve told me. I’ve been fighting like hell in getting them to get the parts done and out so I can fill customers orders. Im at the mercy of them and their build schedule. Please inform your customer I apologize for the wait and his oil pan will arrive at your location very soon.

:As middle man we take the heat and thats ok. I'll do whatever I can to fix situations. If im told XYZ and then thats not made good on who exactly is the to blame?...the middle man who isn't building it or the builder?...apparently both of us. Its a classic scenario that happens to many of us periodically. Is it right?...no bud thats why I'll take the wrap for it regardless but in the end of it all...the person to blame also is Moroso for not only abiding by their own schedule they promised to me but to also that I couldn't deliver based on their time line.

As you can see above you promised me you would have them in your hands in a FEW Days. Once was over a month and a half ago and then again over 2 weeks ago. If you did NOT have tracking from Moroso to you and were telling me you would have them in your hands in a few days that is YOUR Problem.

I still DO NOT Have a tracking number from you for the delivery of the oil pan. Again...that is a problem with you...NOT Moroso
